The Meydan Hotel is an architectural statement, and a serene oasis within 7-minutes from Downtown Dubai. The property opened in 2010, and exudes luxury and opulence, in particular, within its generous public spaces, bedroom sizes and high-end finishing. The Meydan Hotel (Client) seeks the expertise of highly experienced professional team/firm (Consultant) with a proven track record on the Design and Project Execution services including Project Management role on high-end hotel projects capable of implementing and overseeing all renovation works and the network to bring in specialist expertise to fulfil their requirements. (Consultant) The project intent, predominantly, is to create a refreshed look and feel to an ever popular hotel within a growing area in Dubai through refurbishment works to increase in the profitability of the hotel, which shall be paramount.
